Àni Villas Anguilla is a 10-bedroom estate with 2 fully serviced villas (Àni North and Àni South), making it perfect for hosting larger groups and families. Each of Àni Villas’ luxury homes are fully outfitted with their own pools, hot tubs, kitchens, indoor and outdoor dining areas, lounges and decks — each an estate unto itself and available for rent individually. There is also a tennis court and fully equipped gym.

As the name suggests, Àni North sits on the northern side of the estate and, like Àni South, sits perched on the edge of the dramatic cliffs overlooking Little Bay — perhaps Anguilla’s most treasured hideaway for swimming and snorkeling. All master bedrooms, indoor and outdoor living spaces are oriented towards the breathtaking western view down the Anguilla coast line and towards evening sunset views.

Unique to the Àni North is the home’s dramatic stair atrium with massive skylight above and water feature below. The villa has 4 bedrooms, its own living and dining spaces (indoor and outdoor), roof lounge, pool deck and cliff edge hot tub. The villa is filled with an assortment of decks and covered areas for group gatherings and private space.
