Lined with French doors with lofty spaces, the villa’s bright and spacious open-concept Great Room offers 1,200 square feet of living and dining space. Magnolia’s generous outdoor gathering space is equipped with a shaded al-fresco dining area with a modern gas grill, sun loungers and spectacular vantage points.
