Property Details

Gourmet Kitchen: Natural stone surfaces and custom wood cabinets make the chef’s kitchen a pleasure to create in. A private chef, butler make all the difference for a unique dining experience.

Dining Room: This formal dining room with floor to ceiling french doors all round comfortable seats 10 persons and can be adjusted to cozily seat 4 person for a more intimate setting. The French doors can be open to enjoy to cool ocean breeze or closed to an air-conditioned room. There is also outdoor dining available.

Living Room: The spacious living room with French doors look out to the ocean. The soft-toned furnishings makes an inviting atmosphere for relaxing. There is also a generous sitting area just outside the living room on the covered patio.

Media Room: High-end home theater system, Games for the kids, Central AC, Local Cable TV, Apple TV.

Bedrooms: Principal suite and 4 Double guest bedrooms on main house plus a 3 bedroom guest house.

Master Suite: The expansive master suite opens on two sides to the upper veranda with stunning ocean views from the second floor balcony. The room consists of: Four-poster king size bed, His-and-hers en-suite dual vanities, Showers that open to the outdoors, Walk-in wardrobe with seating and ample storage, Separate Massage room, Television / Cable TV, Central AC, Private balcony with amazing ocean views to the north and west.

Bedroom 2 & 3 (upstairs): Bedroom two and three feature their own: En-suite bathrooms, Air conditioning, Beautiful Ocean views, Queen Size beds, (one four poster queen)

Bedroom 4 &5 (Downstairs): Bedroom four and five (directly under bedroom two and three) is a self-contained unit the features a living area and a mini kitchenette. This space contains two bedrooms both with their own en-suite baths. One bedroom consists of two twin beds that can be made into a king on request. This is the only bedroom without an ocean view. The king bedroom opens out to the pool patio and has expansive ocean views.

Bedrooms 6,7,8 (Guest House): One down and two up each with private ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor Activities: The villa has a 50,000 gallon heated pool with a separate jetted area for a spa-like feel. The pool also has a shallow ledge that is baby and kid friendly. The pool has several loungers and umbrella for sunbathing and relaxing. Pool Pavilion and Children’s playground.
