Set amongst spacious, perfectly manicured gardens, the estate consists of the stunning main Villa, a pool house with cinema and gym and the enchanting Terrace House.

The villa is accessible only by boat and is a 3 minute ride from the charming town of Lenno on the banks of Lake Como. However, there is much to do at the property with a full size cinema/media room, tennis court, gym, heated pool and many lake activities such as kayaking, wind surfing and water skiing. Or, just relax and enjoy the incredible scenery from every part of this beautiful corner of the world.

The property and 4 houses, main villa and three others, have every amenity possible and a full staff of 10 further insures that all needs are met, even some you may not have thought of.

Principal Villa

Ground floor:

• All bedrooms have finest Egyptian cotton linens, complimentary Chopard toiletries, satellite TV, iPod docking, on demand movies/music, WiFi, phone and intercom and individual AC controls

Second Floor:

• Double bedroom with lake views TV, fireplace, and bathroom in hall with shower

• Boat is at client disposal for transfers to and from mainland
