Como is a short 10-15 minute drive away and Bellagio is located on the same shore 30-40mins by car.
The nearest major international airports are Milan Malpensa followed by Milan Linate, which are both approximately an hour drive away.
Overview
Villa Croff, an exquisite private estate nestled along the shores of Lake Como, offers breathtaking vistas and idyllic sunsets. The estate sprawls across 2 acres and spans 5 levels, from the lakeside to the winding road. Four main buildings grace the property, providing over 1,200 square meters (more than 12,000 square feet) of indoor space, including a gym with sauna and steam bath, large heated outdoor pool, dock and boathouse with extra lodging, games room.
The residence was completely refurbished in 2024 to refresh interiors and design, meeting the highest standards. It is now one of the preeminent rentals on the lake with it’s amazing location, history, gardens and facilities.
The Estate located on the eastern shore of Lake Como, basks in a southwest orientation that ensures abundant sunlight well into the evening. A private pedestrian passageway connects the estate to the local village, allowing leisurely strolls. Como, a mere 10-minute drive away, offers its charm, while Bellagio, also on the same shore, is reachable by car in 30-40 minutes. Or one may take a boat out at any time from the boathouse. Without a doubt the best way to travel around the lake.
