Overview
What started over 500 years ago as a lookout post to defend the valley between Siena and Florence has been restored, with loving passion, into a private escape, idyllically situated amid woodland and vineyard in the heart of Tuscany’s famed Chianti Classico region. Villa Ardore offers every modern amenity discerning travellers require. From air conditioning and in-floor heating to meshed Wi-Fi and USB ports at bedside, every detail exudes luxurious comfort. A heated infinity pool (18 meters long x 6 m wide x 1.2 m deep) with expansive pool deck and party pavilion and, a private Roman spa with 10-person whirlpool, dry sauna, sensory shower and Turkish steam bath welcome guests to relax and rejuvenate throughout their stay.
In the stone Farmhouse, the villa’s original residence, a large living area with an adjacent bar and expertly stocked cantina provides groups of friends or family an inviting space to gather and recount the day’s adventures. And the family kitchen, truly a chef’s dream, is ideal for preparing a breakfast of freshly laid eggs secured from the villa’s hens or meals with ingredients harvested from the villa’s culinary and herb gardens. There are six (6) bedrooms upstairs in the Farmhouse, each with en suite bath; two (2) with private balconies and one (1) with private entry. There is also a studio/office with an en suite on the lower level which can be converted to sleep two (2) additional guests. The villa is 600 square meters.
The Spa Suites, 200 sq. meters, just across the center terrace from the Farmhouse, hosts two (2) spacious bedrooms at ground level, each with a large en suite bath and one (1) offering a Manhattan-style kitchenette. The Spa Suites are also home to a separate catering kitchen as well as the villa’s private spa on the lower level.

Property Details
The grand living room retains its original architecture, including exposed stone walls, wood beams, and terracotta-tiled floors.
There are eight ensuite bedrooms located across the main villa and the Dependence, the building above the spa, plus a studio office that can be converted into a ninth suite. Each suite has been custom-designed with furnishings made by local artisans, and equipped with modern touches for ultimate comfort.
