The Palmasola experience is about making the most of our guests’ precious time, helping to create memorable moments and continually exceeding expectations. Universally recognized as one of the finest Punta Mita luxury villas, guests of this 9-bedroom beachfront 25,000 square foot villa enjoy amenities of the Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, an uncompromising staff and one of the very best locations of all Punta Mita luxury villas. Palmasola shares a restricted access beach with Four Seasons Resort and is next to the world-famous natural island golf hole the “Tail of the Whale.”

Palmasola was created to be the ultimate beachfront retreat for friends, family and colleagues to relax while enjoying nature, fabulous activities, fine dining and each other’s company. It is a fully staffed, single-client five star luxury retreat managed by Mike O’Hara, a professionally trained Hotel General Manager, where even the most diligent planner will have the freedom to take a well deserved vacation. Property Details

Main Palapa  – The Palapa Grande, or Main Palapa, is the largest space and a wonderful place to read, relax, dine or gather with others at Palmasola. It is perfect for both small intimate conversations and also for larger groups, performances, wellness classes and the manicure and pedicures on spa day!

Media Room –  Entertainment options abound in the state of the art media center. A drop down projection screen, professional karaoke system and foosball table just begin to describe the options available to the guests.

Fitness Center – Elliptical, treadmill, Concept2 rower (on request), SKIERG, and a state-of-the-art Peloton bike with several shoe sizes to immerse your indoor cycling experience, streaming in daily live classes. There are adjustable dumbbells, mats, television and small fridge in the gym as well. Trainers and instructors available on request..

Business Center – Two personal computers, fax and copy. International long distance calls are complimentary via VOIP phone lines provide free long distance to US and Canada). Dedicated T1 line provides Internet access and wireless connectivity for laptops.

Massage Room – Guests enjoy the areas best massage therapists in the privacy of the on site massage room. For those seeking a decadent destination spa experience, the Apuana Spa at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita is also open to guests of Palmasola.

Master Residence El Sol is the 2,400 square foot master bedroom suite located on the upper floor of the Master Residence. El Sol has its own fully equipped study, exterior terrace with breakfast table, day bed and Jacuzzi, and a very private roof terrace with exceptional views. El Mar and La Tierra bedroom suites are located on the ground floor and share an Estarcito (living room, breakfast table and small kitchenette) between them. Both suites feature a  king size bed and La Tierra is wheelchair-friendly and has direct access to the shallow portion of the swimming pool.

Guest Residence The upper level features two bedrooms, El Caracol and Las Mariposas, separated by an Estarcito (living room, breakfast table and small kitchenette). The lower level is home to both Los Delfines and Las Tortugas bedrooms; also sharing an Estarcito. All of the bedrooms in the guesthouse include a king-sized bed and all but El Caracol can accommodate additional beds for children. El Caracol and Las Mariposas both have their own private terraces including an outdoor shower. The guesthouse also features a private rooftop terrace.

Garden Suites The garden suites are the most spacious rooms, very popular for families with children. El Viento and El Cielo are outfitted with mini fridges, coffee set-ups and large sitting areas that are convertible into extra sleeping accommodations. The suites share a raised patio, which has its own seating area and table.

Note: Base villa rate quoted is for the lowest season.  The Base Rate includes exclusive use of the 9-bedroom estate, full time staff of 15 including on site General Manager and Executive Chef. Guests of Palmasola also enjoy exclusive privileges to the Four Seasons Resort.

Palmasola features a complete Meal Plan, including all food and beverages (non alcoholic and alcoholic), for guests. Meals at Palmasola include breakfast served from a small menu, a three-course lunch, midday snacks and a four-course dinner. Please note the meal plan is not optional and there is a 6 person minimum with the final guest count being confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival.
