Overview

Located in the La Punta development just south of The Four Seasons and St Regis resorts, the estate has 5 king guest suites all with ocean views and private entrances. There is also a separate children’s house that sleeps 12 with its own media room and an optional staff house for groups of more than 22. Because the estate is located within the gates of the Punta Mita Resort, guests have full access to the two Jack Nicolas signature golf courses as well as the residents beach club and kapuri beach club.

Vatulé boasts a 72 foot infinity pool with plenty of wide shallow stairs for young children. There is also a Jacuzzi that sits 14 people. It has a 50 yard playing field (for soccer, badminton, corn-hole, bocce, etc.) overlooking the 17th fairway (Nicolas’ favorite hole). Vatulé has sunset and island views overlooking the Pacific Ocean with the best surf view in all of the Punta Mita resort.

Vatulé has 2 separate living/dining rooms both with ocean views. It also has a shaded outside living/dining area with a wet bar and BBQ next to the pool. In addition, it has 2 roof top terraces. The home was designed for outdoor entertaining and the 27 outside speakers provide ambient sound through control four operation. Vatulé has plenty of shade options with the palapa day bed and four large adjustable umbrellas. If you must work while on vacation, there is WiFi throughout the property and an office with an ocean view.
