Yuum-Ha is a majestic colonial style villa discreetly located on a lush 30 acre property, just a 3 minute walk from the beach. Its Beachfront Cabaña sits right on the beautiful Xpu-Ha beach. The 4 bedroom Villa can accommodate up to 9 people on 3 levels while the Beachfront Cabaña can accommodate up to 4 people.
The villa is set around a colonial-style central patio. The ground floor features 2 suites each with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and private terraces overlooking the garden, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, and a terrace with outdoor dining area. The second floor has the Master suite with a king-size bed and a large terrace; it connects to an adjacent room with 2 single beds.
The top level features a studio with 1 single bed and a terrace with a Jacuzzi overlooking the exuberant jungle. The pool sits amidst the garden and features a pool palapa and an outdoor grill, ideal for an outdoor barbecue or dining alfresco.
The beachfront cabana can accommodate up to 4 people on king-size and sofa beds. It also features spacious seating areas inside and outside and its own private beach palapa with lunch table, hammocks, and sun day beds.
Note: Listed rate is for 8 guests. Please add $150 per adult, per night/$75 per child, per night, up to 2 additional guests.
