From the impressive main entrance, step into an expansive living and dining area, complete with a serving pantry. Walls of windows open to the spacious deck, featuring an outdoor dining table and private hot tub – offering a front-row seat to view the sunset over the Pacific or to watch the seasonal migration of humpback whales. Encompassing one entire end of the Villa, the large-scale lower-level bedroom – ideal as a private suite – includes an expansive walk-in closet and magnificent bathroom with a private outdoor lava rock shower.
